Investment Overview
In January 2020, Further Global and Stone Point signed an agreement to acquire Duff & Phelps from Permira. Duff & Phelps is a leading provider of diversified professional and business services, including valuation, risk management and bankruptcy administration. The Company operates four business segments: Valuation Advisory Services, Governance, Risk, Investigations & Disputes, Corporate Finance, and Business Services. In 2021, the Company re-branded as Kroll which had been acquired in 2018 by Duff & Phelps. The re-branding and unifying under the Kroll name provides a cohesive approach in the Company’s go-to-market strategy and allows the Company to represent the full suite of services provided to clients.
