NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or "the Company") is a closed-end investment company registered under the laws of Guernsey managed by NB Alternatives Advisers LLC (the "Investment Manager"), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Neuberger Berman Group LLC. NBPE invests in income investments and equity co-investments selected by the NB Alternatives group of Neuberger Berman. NBPE’s investment objective is to produce attractive returns on its capital from its private equity investments while managing investment risk through portfolio diversification across asset class, vintage year, geography, industry, and sponsor.

Our Investment Manager makes all of our investment decisions and controls the day-to-day management and operations of our business. The Investment Manager, including its predecessors, has over twenty years of investing experience specializing in private equity funds, co-investments and secondary investments and has built relationships with leading private equity sponsors over that time.
